This RFP is being issued, primarily as a means of securing the services of an experienced Engineering Consultant to complete a Schedule “A ” Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) followed by the preparation of detailed design and construction contract documents for the proposed Rose Glen Road reconstruction and widening from 125 m north of Ward Street (TCS Entrance) north to Philips Road (Rose Glen Road Extension). Rose Glen Road is a rural collector road with no sidewalk. The total length of the project is estimated to be approximately 910 metres running north from the Trinity College entrance (approx. 125 m north of Ward St.) to just east of the Philips/Rose Glen Road intersection. |
