This RFP is being issued, primarily as a means of securing the services of an experienced Engineering Consultant to complete a Schedule ‘A ’ Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) followed by the preparation of detailed design and construction contract documents for the proposed Victoria Street South Reconstruction. Victoria Street South is a collector road the total length of the project is estimated to be 500m running north to south from Ridout Street to Trafalgar Street and abuts a rapidly developing area of Port Hope. |
