Pre-Qualified General Contractors that submitted a bid for Tender # 33POL-2014 If you are one of the bidders on the subject contract described above. The Municipality of Port Hope has elected, pursuant to section 1.5 of the Information to Tenders, to not proceed with the Tender at this point and reject all Tenders and cancel the Tender. The Municipality of Port Hope feels that proceeding with a joint facility is not in the best interest of the Municipality at this time and wishes to proceed with a downsized facility which is a police only facility. We will be reissuing a new Tender for the police only facility with an amended Scope of Work and amended Specifications to all of the pre-qualified bidders on the original bid who submitted bids.
