This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope (the “Municipality”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Walton Street (Phase 3) Reconstruction – Pine Street to Cavan Street, as further described in the ITT Particulars section.
