This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope (the “Municipality”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Supply & Installation of Street CCTV System, as further described in the RFP Particulars section.

The project will enhance community safety through the installation of a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system to monitor key intersections and roadways. Cameras will be strategically placed on existing municipal infrastructure and must provide clear vehicle monitoring and licence plate capture. The solution will include approved equipment, analytics, and secure network access for remote viewing by the Port Hope Police Service. It must also deliver video management software, data storage, training, and ongoing maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
