This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope (the “Municipality”) for the purpose of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. 

The Municipality is seeking information from experienced vendors regarding potential solutions for upgrading and/or installing the audio visual (AV) systems in the Council Chambers and meeting rooms, located at 56 Queen Street (Town Hall).
